Crafting a Seamless Experience
Deposit Policy
- •All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
- •Deposits go toward your total service price and must be paid at the time of booking.
- •Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- •Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- •Cancellations within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit.
- •Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require a new deposit to rebook.
- •Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Late Policy
- •Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or shortened, depending on availability.
- •Late arrivals may be required to reschedule and submit a new deposit.
Hair & Prep Policy
- •Hair is NOT included unless stated.
- •Hair must be clean, detangled, and free of oils or heavy products.
- •Failure to arrive properly prepared may result in additional fees or cancellation.
Final Notes
- •No extra guests or children.
- •Balance is due at the start of service.
- •All prices are starting prices; final price depends on length, size, and density.
- •Deposit required to secure appointment.
