Crafting a Seamless Experience

Deposit Policy

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
  • Deposits go toward your total service price and must be paid at the time of booking.
  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require a new deposit to rebook.
  • Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Late Policy

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or shortened, depending on availability.
  • Late arrivals may be required to reschedule and submit a new deposit.

Hair & Prep Policy

  • Hair is NOT included unless stated.
  • Hair must be clean, detangled, and free of oils or heavy products.
  • Failure to arrive properly prepared may result in additional fees or cancellation.

Final Notes

  • No extra guests or children.
  • Balance is due at the start of service.
  • All prices are starting prices; final price depends on length, size, and density.
  • Deposit required to secure appointment.
